Seller Representations: By listing equipment on FuelTruckExchange, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the equipment or have proper authorization to sell it
• All information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful
• The equipment has not been stolen or subject to any liens
• All equipment complies with applicable DOT regulations and safety standards
• You will disclose all known defects and maintenance issues
• Photos and videos accurately represent the equipment's condition

Listing Review: All listings are subject to manual review by our team. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or unpublish any listing that violates these Terms or our content policies, or that we determine to be inaccurate or fraudulent.

Listing Fees: Sellers are responsible for all applicable listing fees as posted on our website. Fees must be paid before a listing becomes active on the marketplace.

Payment Processing: We accept payment via credit card and process payments through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

Refund Policy: Listing fees are non-refundable except in cases where we reject a listing due to policy violations. In such cases, a full refund may be issued at our discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information during registration
• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others

Disclaimer: FuelTruckExchange provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of listings or user-provided information.

No Warranty: We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. While we manually review listings, we cannot guarantee that all information is accurate or that equipment will meet your expectations.

Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including lost profits, data loss, or equipment failure.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction: You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Knox County, Tennessee for resolution of any disputes.

Between Users: FuelTruckExchange is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers. Users are encouraged to resolve disputes directly or seek legal counsel. We may provide limited assistance in facilitating communication.
